Raj is Founder/General Partner of Redwood Ventures, one of Silicon Valley’s leading venture capital management funds for high technology startups. His mission is to build a world class digital media companies to create and distribute user-influenced digital entertainment content over the internet to mobile devices and television.
Mr. Singh’s technology start-up ventures have been on-sold to companies such as Cisco Systems, Juniper Networks, Cypress Semiconductor, and LG (Korea). Prior to his career in venture capital, Raj held senior positions at Nexgen, Cirrus Logic, National Semiconductor, and Tata Institute of Fundamental Research in India.
Raj has also been Executive Producer, with Richard Gere and on the major India film hits Maya, Leela, Dreaming Lhasa, and Great New Wonderful. He is also the Founding Advisor of Auryn Studios, a Hollywood based 3D animation company, specializing in Non-Photo-Realistic rendering over Pixar tools.
Mr. Singh will be on-hand during the MMFM event to lend his knowledge and expertise to our MMFM participants. He will be introduced by Mr. Prashant Shah, President of Bollywood Hollywood Production.

Uday Kumar has over three decades of professional experience with fifteen years in the North American Market.
Uday's experience portfolio includes Senior Management exposure to all segments of Media & Entertainment business including music business, home video, content development & acquisition, film distribution, exhibition and post production services.
Uday is in charge for the US operations of Reliance Media works as Business Head - North America.
He has been for responsible for establishing the Big Cinemas theatre chain & the Distribution Business to service the demand for South Asian movies in USA & Canada. He was responsible for the acquisition & Integration of the Burbank based Image Processing business engaged in Film Restoration and Servicing New Productions in 3D.
Currently Uday's focus is to expand their service offerings in Image Processing across the globe and to establish a VFX & Media Services business predicated on the collaboration between India & US based operations.
